Yoga is a science, which helps in the development of man’s consciousness. Yoga is the main part of Indian Culture.
Yoga is the process of connecting your soul with the almighty or “Unification of Atma with Parmatma”. It also means unification of physical, mental, intellectual, and spiritual aspects of human being.
The simple workout a man can do is yoga. The best time for Yoga workout is whenever you are free from all work, find a peaceful place and indulge yourself in the workings of Yoga. It has been observed that most people do Yoga Workout in the early morning because that’s the time when a mind is free from daily works.
It is said and believed by the experts that once you start yoga, there must be a routine to be followed.
* Yoga should be performed daily
* There is no time bounds, but you should try to do yoga at least for half an hour a day
* Try not to consume anything while performing yoga, water can be consumed but in very small and limited amount

The modern age is the age of stress, tension and anxiety and it is a universal truth that most of the people are not leading a happy and productive life. Everyone is running after money because that’s true money is everything, you can perform anything if you have a good bank balance. But let me tell you my friend, the one who has excessive money in the store, even when they are mentally disturbed.
So at last, the result says that everybody whether rich or poor is not happy in the present day life. At this juncture, Yoga can be very significant for us. We can get rid of such problems by practising yoga.
WHAT CAN YOGA ASANAS DO?
To sit in a comfortable position or posture for performing Yoga is called Asana. In asana, the body is kept in such a way that it improves the functioning of organs and glands and finally improves the health of mind and body.
YOGA ASANAS CAN CURE AND PREVENT DISEASES
The various meditative asanas like Padmasana, Sidhasana and Samasana are practised to improve the meditation power of an individual. These asanas help in the prevention of diseases like Asthma. Asthma is a disease of lungs in which an individual suffers difficulty in breathing as the airways become narrow or blocked.
There are various people suffering from hypertension and living a stressful life. Shavasana and Makarasana are the main relaxative asanas which relax an individual physically and mentally. But you must know the flexibility of your body. Don’t pressurize your body otherwise, it can harm your bones.
