- Play any sport like badminton , cricket or whatever you want for at least 10 minutes without stopping.
- At a more vigorous pace, do housework, yard work or like gardening which is the best option seeing the state of our environment.
- When you travel, walk around the train platform, bus stop, or airport rather than sitting and waiting. This is a very good warm up for you and also gets aware about your surrounding instead of your mobile phones.
