1. GET YOUR STUFF READY

All of us know that for a better future we have to start planning a bit while before, just like that for a good day we have to firstly, get all of our stuff ready a night before. Getting our stuff ready surely would help in lowering our stress and you’ll do everything on time.

2. SUNRISE AND SUNSET

There are two time periods in a day when we take a pause from our other daily activities for just a few minutes, it’s the sunrise and sunset. Sunrise and sunset are the 2 most beautiful time period of the day and watching the sun rising and setting down will surely make you happy and will give you a kind of positive energy.

Whether it’s a simple, normal or a tough day for us writing a to-do list will surely help in making it easy at some points. It will make us feel responsible and will make us remember that we have some purpose behind everything and that we are not spending our day uselessly.

4. GET ONE IMPORTANT THING DONE

Everyone living has their different priorities and to make themselves happy they try to do something which would help in fulfilling their priority. We also should remember that we should not spend our day in a mess but should always get one important thing done which plays a major role in our life.

6. GET OFF FROM THE THINGS THAT ARE BOTHERING YOU 

Everybody who knows us, people with whom we met in our daily life, tries to make a conclusion on what we are doing and in whatever things we are involved with and sometimes they are in favor and sometimes they are against us. But if they and their thinking bother us then we should get off from those things and should try to ignore the things which make us feel sad.

7.LET GO OFF NEGATIVE THOUGHTS FROM YOUR MIND

Negative thinking becomes a habit slowly. When we start thinking negatively it becomes difficult to free up our mind from those thoughts and the resisting thoughts then destroy our thinking pattern and makes the present thing worse. For getting rid of those thoughts we can talk it out with someone close to us or should go for a walk away from our usual atmosphere. And surely it would help in going away from the negative thoughts and spending a good day.

8. SEND MESSAGES

If we are missing someone, the one who is close to our heart, or the one who plays a major role in our life. We should draft a long good message and drop a mail making them realize their place in our life sharing all our problems, sadness, happiness will make you feel happy. Sometimes talking to one right person can change your mood and can also show you the right path. Sending a message to someone will also make them happy.

9. SPEND TIME WITH LOVED ONES

Never let a day come when you don’t tell your loved ones that how much you love them and care about them. And if we spend time with our loved ones it will also make us happy. They will give us a new strength and confidence to grow up in our life. Spending time with them will show that you really care and sometimes its just our actions and deeds, not the words, which shows what our heart feels.

The smile makes us look attractive and younger. It reduces our stress, makes us feel good and a smile can even solve a maybe dispute. Smiling doesn’t always means that we are happy but sometimes it shows that you are strong. And we should always remember that nothing we wear is more important than our smile.

11. SPEND 30 SECONDS APPRECIATING YOURSELF

Life intakes a great meaning we should always remember that it is important to know that how your life starts isn’t always how it will finish. So, we should always remember that appreciating yourself once in a day is the most important thing. We should always thank god for what we have and should be happy for we got.
