1- ASK YOURSELF A QUESTION –

Take time to think about what kind of smoker you are! Are you a heavy smoker, smoking pack a day? Or it has just started, one cigarette a day? This will help you to identify which tips, techniques or therapies will be beneficial for you.

2- WHEN DO YOU SMOKE?

Is there any specific time when you smoke like do you feel the need to smoke after every meal or whenever you break for coffee ? This will help you to remind your brain that it has been my meal or my break and I shouldn’t take a cigarette.

Well, it has been said that smokers, smoke to reduce stress. So, try doing Yoga. Yoga freshens your mind and soul. Set your mind to ask you for quitting while performing yoga, and you will find a change in you very soon.
