So healthy soup is the best medicine for boosting your immune system. Here are some soups, not only for your weight loss or to maintain your shape, they also keep your gut full for longer time. It is also good when you want a light dinner because it is easy to make. They give more energy, high source of iron and some ingredients to compensate your body deficiencies. Let us make and enjoy!!

PROTEIN PACK BEAN SOUP

Ingredients:-

  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Garlic – 8 cloves (if u need)
  • Pepper – 1
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Black pepper – as per taste
  • Chilli powder – 4 tbsp
  • Cumin – 1 tbsp
  • Tomato – 4-6
  • Tomato puree – 4 cups
  • Veggie stock – 4 cups
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Kidney bean – 1 cup
  • Black bean – 1 cup
  • Pinto bean – 1 cup
  • Corn – 1 cup
  • Lime juice – 1 tbsp
  • Oregano – for taste

Procedure:-

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Take garlic and onion in a pan, stir till becoming little pink.
  2. Put the red pepper or carrot and jalapeno in a pan.
  3. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, chili powder and cumin in it.
  4. Pour tomato and tomato puree both and stir it.
  5. Pour veggie stock and water in a pan. Then, put red kidney beans, black beans, and pinto bean into it and simmer 25 minutes.
  6. Now add corn, lime juice, and oregano. Skim for 5 min more. Serve hot. It is best for spice lovers.

Tomato basil soup

Ingredients:-

  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Celery – 1
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Black pepper – as per taste
  • Tomato paste – 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree – 1.6 lt.
  • Basil – ¼ cup
  • Veggie broth – 6 cups
  • Baking soda – ½ tsp
  • Corn flour – 1 tbsp

Procedure:-

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Put the onion and celery into it.
  2. Then take garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix them.
  3. Now put tomato paste, basil, tomato puree & veggie broth and mix well.
  4. Take a bowl of water and corn flour, mix well. Then pour into pan with baking soda.
  5. You can grind it also to make smooth. Garnish coriander on it. Onion and garlic use is optional. Serve hot and enjoy!

CAULIFLOWER SOUP

Ingredients:-

  • Oil – 1 tbsp
  • Onion – 1
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Salt and black pepper – as per taste
  • Veggie broth – 8 cups
  • Cauliflower heads – 2
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Thyme
  • Herbs – as per your choice for garnish

Procedure:-

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Put garlic and onion in it.
  2. Take cauliflower heads which is fully graded into a pan and put salt and black pepper also.
  3. Pour the veggie broth and water in it.
  4. Add thyme in it and skim for 15 min.
  5. Grind it to make a smooth soup. Garnish herbs and serve hot and enjoy!!
  6. It is good for weight loss and helps you to maintain your shape.

GARLIC VEG SOUP

Ingredients:–

  • Finely chopped garlic – 2 tsp
  • Chopped and boiled vegetable – 1 cup
  • Oil – 1 Tsp
  • Chopped onion – ¼ cup
  • Salt & black pepper – as per taste
  • Cooked oats – 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp

Procedure:-

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic & onions & cook on medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add all veggie 3 cups of water, salt & pepper and mix well.
  3. Cook on medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Add oats & coriander mix well & cook on medium flame for another 1 min.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!! It is good for the healthy heart.

*Use of garlic and onion is optional in all.
