There are various harmful effects of sitting too long. When you are at any job, you generally sit in front of a computer or with other tools for hours a day. Works like programming, accounting, writing etc. requires you to sit in one position for eight to nine working hours every day. Deep down do you know that sitting for such a long period of time can’t be good, it can be very bad for your health! Lets read further to know, how bad it can be?

And this has been proven by the American Institute for Cancer Research held annually that sitting plays a very important role in causing cancer.
OBESITY CAUSED BY SITTING TOO LONG
It can be clearly seen that sitting for too long will not burn your calories and send you to a stage of fat. You must be fond of disease. Obesity causes due to overeating. Over eating causes your digestive system to fight hard to send the food into the belly or stomach. However, it is advised to sit for at least half an hour after having your meal, but sitting for eight to nine hours continuously without a break will cause you obesity.
HOW TO GET RID OF IT?
* Walk for small distances after every hour during your work period.
* Allow yourself to have a bathroom break or drink of water after small periods of time.
* Do not stop yourself from stretching or exercising during office hours. Even you can exercise while sitting.
* Proper walking, stretching, drink breaks will definitely save your life.
