 Green bell pepper – ½ pcs.

 Milk – ¼ cup
 Grated cheese – 1 cup
 Grated parmesan cheese – ¼ cup
 Unsalted butter – ½ tbsp.
 Olive oil – ½ tbsp.
 Pepperoni – ½ cup
 Ground black pepper – to taste
 Onion – ¼ cup
 Creamy garlic sauce – ½ cup
 Salt – to taste
 Black olives – ½ cup


1. Preparing a creamy garlic sauce. Melt the butter and mix in it olive over medium heat.

2. Add the crushed garlic and stir. Then add cream and milk and mix again. While stirring, bring the mixture to a boil.

3. Add salt, black pepper, chilli and grated parmesan cheese. Be careful, the sauce will thicken quickly so be sure to stir all the time. When the sauce becomes thick you can remove it from the heat.

4. Preheat the oven at 200 degrees and begin to spread the pizza on a baking sheet. First, put nachos and pour ready cream garlic sauce on it.

5. Put on top of nachos onion, bell pepper, pepperoni and olives. Then sprinkled with grated cheese.

 Garlic cloves – 2 pcs.
 Mozzarella – 200 gm
 Grated parmesan cheese – 1 cup
 Olive oil – 3 tbsp
 Salt – to taste
 Black pepper – to taste
1. Slice the eggplant round and soak in water for 20 – 30 minutes. Rinse and pat dry.

2. Cut the eggplant into small pieces. cut the tomatoes in half. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle a little olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic and salt. Bake for 6 minutes at 500 f.

3. Roll out the dough into a rectangular sheet and brush a little olive oil.

4. Put the slices of mozzarella and mixed vegetables. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and pepper.

5. Bake at 500 f for 10 – 12 minutes. Then serve hot.
