We always heard breakfast is the most important meal of our day then why do we still ending up making the boring meal of our day. So today start your mornings with the delicious, healthy and easy to make super food instead of that “boring” one.

Here we are dealing with tastier oats. Oats are different type of cereal, it is full of nutrients not for only children for everyone also. It maintain your cholesterol by lowering it,
good for diabetic one also by reducing glucose absorption, decrease gut problems because of rich in fiber. So here are the some delicious recipes…serve it and enjoy!!

 AMAZING APPLE CINNAMON OATMEAL

Servings: two
Preparation time: six minutes
Total time: Ten to eleven min.
What you need…
 Pinch kosher salt
 One cup rolled oats
 ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
 ¼ cup toasted pecans
 2 cup water
 One apple, cored and coarsely chopped

 Two tbsps. Pure maple syrup
The method of preparation:
 In a large microwave-safe bowl, mix apple, oats,
cinnamon, and salt and whisk in the water.
 Cover and seal with plastic wrap or may be a tight lid and
heaten it up in the microwave for about 6 to 9 min or
maybe until apples are soft and most of liquid is absorbed.
 Stir in maple syrup.
 Divide between 2 bowls and now you should add nuts.
 Serve immediately.

Preparation time: 15 min
What you need is..
 Buttermilk(normal/spiced) / curd( little liquefied)– 1bowl
 Ginger paste – 1tbsp
 Green chilli – 1 chopped
 Chaat masala – as per taste
 Roasted cumin – ½ tsp
 Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
 Red chilli powder – ½ tbsp
 Sea salt – as per taste
 Pepper powder – ¼ tbsp
 Coriander
 Oats – 1cup
 Butter – 1 tbsp
The method of preparation:
 Heat the pan put the butter and roast the oast till little
brown then put it in grinder and grind, it should be like
powder.
 Add all ingredients in mixer and make a paste. Add
chopped coriander in the paste.
 Greece the pan with butter put the paste on it and make
your cheela. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy!

 MOUTH WATERING PUMPKIN OATMEAL

Preparation time: 6 min
Overall time: 9 min
What you need is…
 1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
 1 cup milk, or may be as needed
 Half cup canned pumpkin puree
 One tsp cinnamon sugar
 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
The method of preparation:
 Blend oats and milk in a microwave-safe bowl.
 Microwave for about 3 minutes and stir once.

 Now you should add more milk or maybe oats to
achieve desired consistency. Heat up for extra
30seconds.
 Mix in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon
sugar, and any other desired spices.
 Microwave for another 22 seconds.
 Now you can serve and enjoy!!
