Vegetables also increase the bone density. It is advised to older people to eat vegetable more as they need the maximum from them.
3. CONSUME YOGURT
It has been found that people say, they are not able to digest milk and milk causes them dehydration. This is due to gastric effect. Milk acts as a foreign invader for those who have gastric troubles. So it is advised to consume Yogurt or Curd instead of milk. However, Yogurt is also a milk product but it doesn’t affect your digestive glands, either it helps in digestion and also provides you calcium.
