Eggs are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. We all know that eggs are laid diwn by a Chicken. That egg has a power to develop itself into a baby chicken. Now imagine an Egg contain all the nutrients to turn itself into a living organism, than what if you eat an Egg. Your body will be charged by many nutrients required for growth.

2. A SINGLE LARGE BOILED EGG CONTAINS A LOT OF VITAMINS

As we have already discussed that Eggs contain nutrients, but how these nutrients helpful. These are helpful as they contain Vitamin A, around 6%, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B12, Vitamin B2,Vitamin D, Vitamin K and other Vitamins in little amount. Now as we all know Vitamins are necessary for the body to remove dead cells and form new tissues for the development and growth of the body, so consuming an Egg a day can almost give you Vitamins you need.

Eggs are high in Cholesterol, but now you might be thinking that Cholesterol is bad for health. So my dear, friends it’s important to keep in mind that cholesterol in the diet doesn’t necessarily raise cholesterol in the blood
The increased amount of Cholesterol in blood is bad for the health and causes you diseases, but egg don’t add cholesterol to your blood, so it can be consumed daily. Infact, in a study it has been found that, in 70% people, eggs don’t raise cholesterol at all.

4. EGGS CONTAIN CHOLINE

Choline is a nutrient that most people don’t get enough. Choline is a member of Vitamin B’s group. However, there are other foods that provides you Vitamin B, but Choline only exist in Eggs as a provider. Choline is used to build cell membranes and has a role in producing signalling molecules in brain.  So now yiu can understand, how important an egg is.
